WebVoyáge

WebVoyáge, the Voyager online catalog web interface, has been completely redesigned. The new interface offers library patrons improved functionalities based on usability studies and the input of numerous focus groups conducted over the last couple of years. The new WebVoyáge “look and feel” with a modern easy-to-use layout.

In addition to the improved look and feel, the new interface incorporates design elements that make
WebVoyáge more accessible, as outlined in the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative and U.S. Federal Section 508 standards. Ex Libris worked in close collaboration with the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois (CARLI) and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) as part of the IBHE Web Accessibility Consortium, using the iCITA HTML Best Practices guidelines for accessible design.
